Kfs_024 This is what having no idea what to write about on deadline day looks like. Be warned. No one is safe. Anything you say can and may be used against you in order that I can get a column written.

He recently began drum lessons.

Because all the "poke mommy in the skull with a hot stick" lessons were full.

… and other things I never thought I’d have to say – ever.

Cheerleadingsledding038  Apparently, you have to TELL a nine year old boy not to run over his sister’s face with a sled. Who knew?

She’s fine, he’s fine and is alleging the whole thing to be an “accident.” Unfortunately, he has just the slightest glimmer of a smirk when he apologizes that makes me suspect he found it just the tiniest bit funny.

He is so my child.
